Frame The World in collaboration with The Palace Hotel in Sliema have set up an exhibition of paintings by Anthony Catania.

Art mediums vary from paintings to etchings and prints. Some of the exhibited works are continuations from Anthony's solo exhibitions entitled The Piper's Requim in 2008 and Spectre Bark in 2009. He has also exhibited works with a religious theme.

The exhibition is available for viewing to the public in the hotel's lobby. All paintings are available for sale.

FTW assist in the setting up of an art exhibition by Anthony Catania entitled 'Spectre-Bark', held at the Malta Maritime Museum - Vittoriosa.

In his fourth solo exhibition, Maltese artist Anthony Catania turns his attention to spectres of the sea; images of ghost ships and lost barks that wander through stormy and quiet waters seeking refuge from their inevitable fate. The works are inspired by S. T. Coleridge's 'Rime of the Ancient Mariner' and legends of the Flying Dutchman, with the recurring image of the albatross haunting many of the works.

A wholesome array of paintings were on display including a number of framed Monoprints available directly for sale from the exhibition.... truly inspiring modern pieces for those looking for that cost effective solution to decorate their homes.

Frame The World are the only authorized distributors of Anthony Catania's work and samples of these Monoprints as well as a few works of art from this and his previous solo exhibitions are available directly from the shop.

FTW assist in the setting up of an art exhibition by Dino Balzan entitled 'The Lost Treasure Collection', held at Orienta warehouse - Ta' Qali.

An array of terracotta wall reliefs were on display, inspired by Dino's tattooing background. In his most recent creations, Dino has managed to mould intricately designed 2D formations created from different types of clay, each of which gives the final work it's own colour, texture and personality.

Frame The World are authorized distributors of Dino Balzan's works. Samples of his work are available for viewing at the shop.
